You may not modify, adapt, translate, rent or sublicense, assign, loan, resell or distribute the Application and any intellectual property right contained therein, or create any derivative work based on the Application or any part thereof, without Sanofi’s prior written consent.
Sanofi or its affiliated companies reserve the right to take legal action against any counterfeit of its intellectual property rights.
3. Privacy
Sanofi does not collect or access any information - whether personal or not -, through your use of the Application.
In addition, any information recorded by you when using the Application is completely private and will only be stored on your computer. However, if the Application is used on a shared computer, you are advised not to enter any personal information (e.g. your name) in the Application.
